I want to explain the use of Huawei Intelligent Robot-iKnow through this post.
Huawei iKnow is an intelligent tool that can be used anytime, anywhere to query product technical issues.
iKnow has the following features:
1. Quick Q&A
2. Intuitive answers
3. Comprehensive knowledge
Next, I'll introduce how to use iKnow. （The following uses the access network product as an example.）
After iKnow is enabled, select the product type in the red box according to your product.
(As different product types have similar features, select the corresponding product type to make the answer more accurate.)
Let's take the ONT product as an example.
After clicking the ONT in the red box on the right, the ONT knowledge scenario is displayed in the left dialog box.
1. You can select the scenario knowledge points pushed by the dialog box.
When selecting Compare products, iKnow will ask about the model or users’ requirements based on the selected knowledge scenario. We only need to select the desired product based on the information displayed in iKnow.
2. You can also ask questions through the question box.
Many friends reported that the answer to the question provided was incorrect or had no answer, this is maybe because of the following situations:
a. No product type is selected or the product type selected is incorrect.
So select the correct product type according to your own product when asking questions, in this way iKnow can understand you better.
b. The problem is not standard.
Many users do not describe the product model correctly when asking questions. As a result, the following problems occur:

You can write the keywords in the question box. iKnow will recommend your related issues based on your keywords. Then you can select the recommended questions as required.
When you need ONT firmware:

If iKnow doesn't give you the answer you need, you can click Community under the dialog box.
