problems with snmp

we use prtg to monitor port traffic. we have a NE20E router that works perfectly and now we have installed a S6730 switch with version V200R019C00SPC500.

the SNMP configuration is the same in the 2 computers, but in the switch they give me some values with traffic and others with 0KByte.

Hi,
When the NMS obtains interface traffic statistics through the MIB tables iftable and ifxtable, the interval for querying interface traffic statistics is 60s by default, please try to decrease that value to 10s in your scenario, please refer to the example below:
