Problems with huaweii 2288h v5

Initially the team is asked to change the password of the administrator, which has already been done, however, an attempt has been made to login in the windows environment, but the login is incorrect in the windows environment, however if I access with the same password from the web environment if it connects.

I have tried creating user and adding it to administrator but the result is the same, someone has an idea of which key I can access or how to correct the problem
