Problems with DHCP

I have an AC6508 to which my Ap Airengine 5760-10 connect, my users sometimes experience problems getting the addresses by DHCP sending the error 

"The DHCP server did not respond within the specified period",


My DHCP server is a USG6530E computer. I thought it might be some latency problem but between both computers at peak times, it is between 20 and 30 ms.

Following the steps:
Check whether the link between a STA and the DHCP server is normal.
Check whether the WLAN configuration is correct.
Check whether the DHCP configuration is correct.
Check whether address learning and strict address learning are configured.
Check the mode of the wired interface.
