The system prompts a failure when a user updates the SecoClient software. The possible cause is that:
The network administrator uploaded an incorrect SecoClient software package to the VPN gateway. Contact the administrator to check whether the software package format is correct.
A NAT Server is deployed between the SecoClient and SSL VPN virtual gateway, the NAT Server cannot process SecoClient update messages, causing SecoClient update to fail.
