Problem with start up!

I can’t start up my new inverter because I will not pass the upgrade phase, it stops at 80%.

When I log in it wants to upgrade immediately and I can only choose to upgrade. When it does not work, I will not move on.

I have tried with both Android and IOS. FusionSolar and FusionHome APP.

I attached a movie on the process.

 

How do I get on?

Hello, ap_AP.
When upgrading the inverter. The DC side of the inverter needs to be energized.
If it is another problem, you may be required to provide relevant videos and device logs so that we can troubleshoot.

PLS send the LOG of the inverter to US,here .
and use FusionSolar APP update again

did you connet the inverter to Huawei FusionSolar management sysytem?

Delete the app on the mobile phone now, download the fusionhome APP, and connect to the inverter to download logs.

or downloading the SUN2000, do not open the app. Open the airplane mode, open the SUN2000 app, and then manually open the Wi-Fi to connect to the inverter. Do not connect to the Internet. Otherwise, a new version will be pushed.
