@user_4125995 - forget about FusionHome APP, it's an old app and was not updated anymore. Also, the 3-20KTL-M0 inverters works properly only with the FusionSolar APP Please get the latest APP version (2.6.6 - see the below picture) and try again, it will work normally: Waiting your feedback. |

Hello, dear. The indicator light is red, it may be that the router is not properly configured and cannot communicate with SDongleA.

But how I can configure the dongle to connect to the WIFI if it is not active in FUSION HOME application, I have send printscreen you can check it.

You can plug sdongle again and set it in fusionsolar app. You can also send questions to this email:eu_inverter_support@huawei.com
