Problem with Smartdongle A

Hello,



I have installed brand new Solar inverter SUN2000-3KTL-10KTL-M0, with Smartdongle A  with WIFI.

I try to configure it for WIFI connection to internet, but this dongle is with flashing red light and in FUSION HOME configurator its shown offline.

If I connect to dongle by LAN cable its connecting to internet without any problem LED light is green, but in FUSION HOME configurator its shown offline.

There can be a problem, why I can't configure it for WIFI connection maybe it faulty?

@user_4125995 - forget about FusionHome APP, it's an old app and was not updated anymore. Also, the 3-20KTL-M0 inverters works properly only with the FusionSolar APP

Please get the latest APP version (2.6.6 - see the below picture) and try again, it will work normally:1

Hello, dear.

The indicator light is red, it may be that the router is not properly configured and cannot communicate with SDongleA.

But how I can configure the dongle to connect to the WIFI if it is not active in FUSION HOME application, I have send printscreen you can check it.

You can plug sdongle again and set it in fusionsolar app.

You can refer to the settings in the 6.1.1 WLAN Communication Networking chapter of the SDongle user manual.
