Problem with OLT and ONT for IPTV

I have small problem with OLT and ONT configuration for IPTV.

My config (below) looks like this. PIM is running on Cisco Nexus, and all I want to do is deliver multicast to STB connected to lan4 of ONT.

When it comes to ONT I've created WAN (Bridge), enabled vlan (in my case vlan 200) and added  lan4 to this WAN-bridge.

STB gets Ip from DHCP, but multicast doesn;'t flow. I tried completly different approach that I found in some website and it worked (so there's no problem with multicast) Unfortunately I'd like to use profiles as below (if its possible) and I don't know what to do. Vlan 100 - internet, vlan 200 - IPTV.

The bridge mode for IPTV

Method 1. Remove the bridge mode WAN of the ONT and in the OLT set the ont port native VLAN:

huawei(config-if-gpon-0/16)#ont port native-vlan
{ portid<U><0,3> }:5
{ ontid<U><0,63> }:0
{ eth<K>|iphost<K>|moca<K>|vdsl<K>|wifi<K> }:eth
{ ont-portid<U><1,24> }:4

Command:

ont port native-vlan 16 5 eth 4 vlan 200

Method 2. Keep your configuration and enable the IGMP in the ONT:

Log in to the ONT webpage, click the Advanced Configuration > Application tab and then choose IGMP.

The Configuration from the navigation tree. In the right pane, configure the IGMP parameters.

What do you solve it with?
Currently I have the same problem and can not find the solution
