Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place to post?

I am having a problem with the NetEco app after a recent update to my mobile phone.

When I try to log in to the app I receive the message 'terminalCode is empty' and it won't let me log in.

Someone suggested going to settings and confirming the identification number but when I do this a blank box with 'OK' pops up and nothing happens when I press OK.

Have tried reinstalling the app but no luck.

Can anybody help me please?

Dear user, NetEco is currently unavailable. Because the app that manages the inverter has been changed to FusionSolar APP

oh OK, it was working yesterday until I updated my phone software - did it only stop working today? that would be an insane coincidence
