Problem with my Huawei Y6P

When I open the phone and go to settings and about phone it says 

Model "Unknown"
Build number MED‑LGRP2‑OVS 

And I tried recoverying it using Hisuite it says this model is unsupported take your phone to local Huawei repair shop
 "I tried flashing too but cound't do it"
