good evening I have a problem with a residential inverter that is a SUN200L-5KTL

I connected two luna batteries of 5 kwh, it happens that when I want to configure it, the battery does not appear, only the resu battery appears, the controller LEDs remain green, check and everything is fine

I need to know if there is an update for the sun2000L inverter to recognize the battery

No update has been received yet, Currently, no 5KLT models support LUNA. 2-6KTL-L1 supports LUNA.
