Problem with login to AC6005 controller

Hello!
we got anoher problem with login to AC6005 controller. Our aim is to set up it for RADIUS authorization for WiFi users. In progress of that tuning, we got the issue when we login to AC6005 but it logs off us immediately. It affects web and ssh login. The only way to connect is through terminal. The echo of ssh login is follows:
ssh test@x.x.x.200's password:

What maybe the reason? How can we solve the issue?
We used manual on (URL) but it doesn't work this case.

Hi,
Have you configured the accounting? And the user will be disconnected if accounting failed.
Please try enable command accounting start-fail online under the accounting scheme view.

What kind of logs can help?
There is an interesting feature. When the command dis aaa online-fail-record all is displayed, the system does not show that the login is unsuccessful. The entrance occurs, but the exit occurs immediately.

I deleted unnecessary scheme undo accounting-scheme and entered what you wrote accounting start-fail online

it helped me
