Hi, friend.

This problem was reported by a project team. It was found that the connection was transiently disconnected when the temperature was –18°C.
However, Huawei has performed a test in a low-temperature environment for a week and found no such problem.
The final analysis result is that the ODU is different from the previous ODU. You are advised to contact the maintenance personnel of the representative office to check the ODU. If the problem persists, you can improve the ODU.
