I inserted the wrong control board in the OLT,
these types of control board this OLT does not support.
After that, the fans started working very fast and making a lot of noise.
After that, I replaced the control board. This type of control board is correct for this type of OLT.
However, the fans still do the same thing - very quickly and make a lot of noise.
Is the solution command: #fan speed mode manual ... and reduce fan speed?
