Problem with Devices Connecting on LAN

Hello.

I have a problem with router EG8145V5.

The devices have a slow speed or even sometimes won't connect to each other on WiFi.

I tried many things like changing channel or mode etc.

On a wired connection, everything is working.

I found this problem when I want to play with my friend in my house on WiFi. We can't join us.

Any ideas?
