Problem with connection between inverter and house?

Hi


I have a problem that I need help with solving. I had solarpower since april this year and everything has been working great. But over one month ago I got problem with the inverter only loading the battery and no energy goes to the home. The battery goes to 100% then it stops and unloading to the inverter. Does anybody have the same problem? I have tried to upgrade the inverter, but it has been failing because off some synchronization problem. Do you think it is a software or a hardware problem?  

I have talked to the firm how has installed it, but they don´t have time or doesn´t know what to do.


I have another problem today. I can´t get into the app or connect with browser this morning. It only says 502 bad gateway.

According to your situation, you are advised to seek the help of the PV center to locate the fault. You cannot access the FusionSolar management system because the European FusionSolar server is being maintained. The time is from 20:00:00 on December 24 to 08:00:00 on December 30, UTC+02:00. You can send an email to the following email address describing your problem and attaching your SN number.

@JLydow regaring the battery issue: please check what firmware version you have on inverter, S-Dongle (if case) and also into the battery and upgrade them to the latest firmware version.

You can update your FS APP, connect ocally to inverter and it should prompt e massage regarding the upgrade of the devices.


Regarding the " 502 bad gateway" issue, please note that the european FusionSolar server is under maintenance works (server
capacity expansion, from 20:00:00 December 24 to 08:00:00 December 30,
UTC+02:00).

Hi
I can connect to fusionSolar now, but I still have problem with updating the software on the inverter.

I have SUN2000-10KTL-M1 inverter with V100R001C00SPC140 firmtware, but there are many steps higher in the update list. Wich is the latest firmware? When I try to update the inverter it in a browser it only replys: Operation failed. An error occurred during device synchronization. The upgrade failed.
When I try with the FS APP it only finds the current firmware, how can I find newer firmware?
