Hi,
Currently I have some CICs of some E1s in the "Failed" state and the reason that the MSS throws at me is: "Audit Failure"; I share the description:
Audit failure: The MGW sends the audit response, but does not indicate the termination status, that is, in service or out of service. The common reason is that the termination is configured with semi-permanent connection. The circuit is in Fault state.
Could you tell me what corrective actions could you apply on my side? Or is this due to a problem at the destination office?
In the same way I attach a print of the case of one of the CICs:

It is noteworthy that I already tried to restart the CIC.
Grateful for the help they can give me.
