Problem with certain connections - Router B311-22

Hello,

I just purchased this week a B311-22  51060DYE 4G router and have been having strange network issues.

I am not able to connect to Netflix from my smart tv (error NW-2-4) or to join Skype and Teams calls (Zoom and Google Meet works fine). 

Everything else seems to work ok, I have tried using the SIM card on my phone and it works well (no network issues) and just changed the SIM card to another operator to see if the issue persists, and it does. So it seems to be that the router is blocking certain connections randomly and I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?
