Service switches normally when STG shifts to slave board.
Problem Analysis
When the UXCH board was working on the primary UXCH board, the service had an error code; however, when the UXCH board was working on the slave board, the service ran normally.
Root Cause
Primary UXCH board damaged.
Solution description
Because the primary UXCH board was damaged, there was an error code when the UXCH board was working in the primary UXCH. Thus, please replace it.
