Problem using a second sim card slot on AR161FGW-L

 Issue Description

The customer was not getting the second SIM card to work.

In SIM1 (Cellular0/0/0) they had a SIM card, witch was working great, but in SIM2(Cellular0/0/1)  they have a SIM witch the system does not recognize.

I’ve checked deeper in the product description and the functions supported by this  device and actually the dual-SIM functions can be configured only on the LTE cellular interface (Cellular 0/0/0) in a primary/backup scenario.
On the AR161FGW-L there is only one 3G USB modem port (1- in the picture below) and two SIM slots, which work as main/backup, so they can be considered as one (14- in the picture below). 

Cellular interface 0/0/0 is used for the two SIM slots and it can be performed SIM switch, meanwhile the 0/0/1 is used for the external USB 3G modem. Having only one SIM you cannot do SIM switch on 0/0/1. 

You can have the following test to confirm whether the both slots are working properly: 
1) Configure the switch SIM Card function on Cellular 0/0/0
2) Insert a 3G USB Modem in the Cellular 0/0/1 and check whether the SIM card is recognized.
