Problem setup Huawei E3276 modem on Ubuntu

Hello. I need to setup Huawei E3276 modem to Ubuntu 13.10. After plug in it determined as CD. I tried to send AT command AT^SETPORT="A1,A2;1,2,3". Modem's answer is OK, but when I checked AT^SETPORT? it was still "A1,A2;10,12,3", there was no changes.
