problem ont lost lan connection mod. EG8145X6 "lost LAN packets"

hello, I have an EG8145X6 ont mod I have verified that from the equipment connected by ethernet directly to the onu by pinging 8.8.8.8 there are times that I lose packets, I have made a capture with wireshark and I see that the echo request from 192.168.100.1 to my ip 192.168.100.4 indicates Time-to-live exceeded . in the un I have configured the dhcp for local computers. can someone help me, thanks
