Problem Netgear Smart Switch and HG8245H

Hi you there. I am new to this and far from being a CS technician.

My home network has a Huawei HG8245H (for FTTH Internet & IP TV) connected to a Netgear Smart Switch (GS716T). The Netgear controls 3 access point Unifi AP AC. However, I am not able to turn off the DHCP server on the Huawei modem/switch and at the same time provide Internet service to the pieces of equipment connected to the Netgear.

The Huawei is providing IP addresses and the Netgear too. In order to have Internet, the PC or PDA has to have an IP address provided by the Huawei. I turned off Primary DHCP Server and turned on DHCP Relay in the HG, to allow for relaying Netgear IP addresses; result was no Internet on the network.

Can someboy help me on that?
