Problem authenticating Android on Agile Controller

Hi Everyone
I'm facing a problem when authenticating in portal server. So, the problem is, i've configured a Agile Controller server in a network, acting as a portal server. Users can authenticate, but when using android or pc the following message is displayed (But internet access works after that) and i can see users online in agile controller. IOS is working great.
Would like to know what is this.
