Problem adding an inverter to FusionSolar.

I have purchased a used SUN2000-33KTL 3 MPPT inverter from Germany. I wanted to add it to the FusionSolar system but after entering SN I can't do anything else. Please help.

Hello, dear.
One inverter is intelligently bound to one Fusionsolar management system. You need to check whether it is unbound from the previous management system.

You're right. How can I check it as a regular user? The system does not return a message that such inverter SN is already registered, it blocks after entering the number. I attach a screenshot.
