HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hello all,

Since yesterday we can not access to the CIFS shared units of our Huawei OceanStor 2600V3 via IP Address.

It's strange because we can access via DNS name but we always use the IP.

There is no error or warning in the device, it stops working correctly at 7AM for no reason.

Normally you can have a problem accessing via DNS name but not via IP address and here is the oposite...

Did any of you have this problem before?

Thanks

Dear aaroonn,

If the Windows patch is updated recently, in the domain authentication mode, the CIFS is accessed by the domain account, the password or account error may be reported.

It is recommended that you contact the local TAC office because the bug has been fixed and the version upgrade is required.

Thanks.
