I didn't have account in American Bank to verify my Amazon account

you don't need American bank to verify amazon account. I personally don't have it as well but I'm using amazon :)

Make an account on amazon.com, they don't need any such details. Redeem a gift-card and order from sellers who can ship internationally ... For now, this is the only solution I know.
