If you want the newly created user to be unable to view the related configuration of AAA, then you need to lower the user level and increase the level of related commands to view the AAA configuration.

For example, the level of the display current-configuration command and the aaa (enter AAA view) command is 3, so you need to change the user level to 2. The default level of the display aaa configuration command is 1. You need to change the level of this command to 3.
