If you do not remember the password, security answer, or fingerprint, you can only delete the privacy space. All the information in the privacy space will be deleted and cannot be retrieved. And then recreate a private space.

Forget your password in a private space, you cannot retrieve your password. For the sake of system security and privacy information security, you can only obtain your data in this privacy space.

If you have enabled the hidden private space function in PrivateSpace, the private space cannot be deleted from the Settings menu in MainSpace. It is recommended that you back up data in MainSpace and restore your phone to its factory settings to release the memory space occupied by PrivateSpace. Data in the private space cannot be retained.
