1. How We Collect & Use Your Personal Data
Personal data means any data that, either on its own or jointly with other data, can be used to identify a natural person. You directly provide us with such data when you use our websites, products, or services, or interact with us by, for example, creating a Huawei account or contacting us for support. We may also obtain data by recording how you interact with our websites, products, or services. For example, we may use technologies like cookies or receive use data from software running on your device. As permitted by law, we may also obtain data from public and commercial third-party sources, for example, purchasing statistics from other companies to support our services. The personal data we collect includes name, country / region,avatar, nickname, gender, IP address, company name, job position, postal, email addresses, WhatsApp account, phone number, ID card(or passport), login information (account and password), photos, interest field and certificate information, etc., depending on how you interact with Huawei, for example, the website you visit or the products and services that you use. We also collect the information you provide to us and the content of messages you send us, such as the query information you provide, or the questions or information you provide for customer service support.
Before using Huawei’s products or services, you may need to provide personal data. In some cases you may be able to opt not to disclose your personal data to Huawei. However, not providing Huawei with certain data may mean that we cannot provide you with certain products or services or respond to an issue that you have raised.
We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
Creating an account.
Recording the information about your operation log, which may include the visitor’s IP address, visit date and time, used account, visited community module and the data or search and query entries you provide to the Community.
In case of your subscriptions in the Community, we will send you the contents that you may be interested in; inviting you to participate in activities, market survey or satisfaction survey organized by the Community; if you don’t want to receive such subscriptions, you can unsubscribe it anytime.
Collect your contact information after you participate in the activity using your community account and comply with the rewards qualification in order to release the rewards.
With your consent, we will collect your enterprise name, photos and qualification certificate information for publicity or authentication.
Sending you important notifications, such as community service updating and other relevant information.
Providing you with customized user experience and content.
Qualifying and managing suppliers and business partners, and communicating or working with suppliers and business partners.
When you use the search function, we will collect your search records to quickly find your history search. The information is stored in the browser cache, you can delete the search records at your will.
Improving our products and services through internal audits, data analysis, and research.
Analyzing the efficiency of our business operations and evaluating market share.
Troubleshooting when you send us error reports.
Synchronizing, sharing, and storing the data you upload or download and the data needed for the uploading and downloading.

Huawei may also collect and use non-personally identifiable information (Non-PII). Non-PII is information that cannot be used to identify a particular individual. For example, Huawei will collect statistical data, such as the numbers of visits to its website. We collect this data to understand how users use our websites, products, and services so that we can improve our services and better satisfy your needs. Huawei may collect, use, process, transfer, or disclose non-PII for other purposes at its own discretion.
We will endeavor to isolate your personal data from non-PII and ensure that the two types of data are used separately. If personal data is combined with non-PII, it will still be treated as personal data during processing.
Huawei will process your personal data following the requirements of applicable laws on an appropriate legal basis, including:
Processing your personal data to fulfill the contract when responding to a transaction or service request;
Processing your personal data with your consent;
Processing based on the legitimate interests of Huawei or a third party when we use your personal data to contact you, conduct marketing or market surveys, improve our products and services, execute and improve our loss prevention and anti-fraud programs, and other purposes. 2. Cookies & Similar Technologies
2.1 Cookies
To ensure our website works correctly, we may at times place a small piece of data known as a cookie on your computer or mobile device. A cookie is a text file stored by a web server on a computer or mobile device. The content of a cookie can be retrieved or read only by the server that creates the cookie. The text in a cookie often consists of identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. 2.2 Web Beacons and Pixel Tags
In addition to cookies, we may also use other similar technologies on our websites such as web beacons and pixel tags. For example, when you receive an email from Huawei, it may contain a click-through URL that links to a Huawei web page. If you click the link, Huawei will track your visit to help us learn about your preferences for products and services and improve our customer service. A web beacon is a transparent graphic image embedded in a website or in an email. We use pixel tags in emails to find out whether an email has been opened. 3. How We Disclose Personal Data
Huawei shares your personal data with other partners, as described in this Policy, when services are provided by partners authorized by Huawei. For example, when you make an online purchase from Huawei, we must share your personal data with the logistics provider to arrange shipment or a partner to provide services. In addition, as a global company, we may share personal data with Huawei affiliates and subsidiaries.
To comply with applicable laws or respond to valid legal procedures, Huawei may also disclose your personal data to law enforcement or other government agencies. If Huawei is involved in a restructuring, merger & acquisition, or a bankruptcy or liquidation lawsuit in a given jurisdiction, your personal data may be disclosed in connection with the transaction. Huawei may also disclose your data when appropriate, for example, to execute Terms and Conditions, when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss, or when it is in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.
4. How to Access & Control Your Personal Data
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal data submitted to Huawei is correct. Huawei is dedicated to maintaining the accuracy and completeness of personal data and keeping the data up-to-date.
To the extent required by applicable law, you may (i) have the right to access certain personal data we maintain about you, (ii) request that we update or correct inaccuracies in that data, (iii) object or restrict to our use of your personal data, and (iv) ask us to delete your personal data from our database. We may decline the request if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the request is a fraudulent, unfeasible or may jeopardize the privacy of others.
If allowed by applicable laws, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time when Huawei processes your personal data based on your consent. However, withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy and effectiveness of how we process your personal data based on your consent before the withdrawal is made; nor does it affect any data processing based on another justification other than your consent.

5. How We Protect and Retain Your Personal Data
The security of your personal data is important to us. We use appropriate physical, management, and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. For example, we use cryptographic technologies for data confidentiality, protection mechanisms to prevent attacks, and access control mechanisms to permit only authorized access to your personal data. We also provide training on security and privacy protection for employees to raise their awareness of personal data protection. Huawei is committed to protecting your personal data; however, please note that no security measure is perfect.
We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy, unless otherwise extending the retention period is required or permitted by law. The data storage period may vary with scenario, product, and service. The standards Huawei uses to determine the retention period are as follows: the time required to retain personal data to fulfill business purposes, including providing products and services; maintaining corresponding transaction and business records; controlling and improving the performance and quality of products and services; ensuring the security of systems, products, and services; handling possible user queries or complaints and locating problems; whether the user agrees to a longer retention period; and whether the laws, contracts, and other equivalencies have special requirements for data retention; etc. We will maintain your registration information as long as your account is necessary for service provision. You can choose to deregister your account. After you deregister your account, we will stop providing you with products and services through your account and delete your relevant personal data, provided that deletion is not otherwise stipulated by special legal requirements.
6. How We Process Children's Personal Data
Our websites, products and services are primarily intended for adults. A child must not create a Huawei account without the consent of a parent or guardian. If a child's personal data is collected with prior parental consent, we will only use or disclose the data as permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the child's parents or guardians, or when necessary for the protection of the child. If we accidentally collect a child's personal data without verified prior consent from the child's parents, we will attempt to delete the data as soon as possible.
7. Third-Party Providers and Their Services
To ensure a positive user experience, you may receive content or web links from third parties other than Huawei and its partners ("third parties"). Huawei does not have the right to control such third parties, but you can choose whether to use the links, view the content and/or access the products or services provided by third parties.
Huawei cannot control the privacy practices and data protection policies of third parties that are not subject to this Policy. When you submit personal information to such a third party, please read and refer to the privacy protection policy of the third party.
8. International Transfers of Your Personal Data
Our website resources and servers are deployed in China. This means that your personal data is stored on servers located in China.
As a global company, your personal data collected by Huawei may be processed or accessed in the country/region where you use our products and services or in other countries/regions where Huawei or its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers or business partners have a presence. These jurisdictions may have different data protection laws. In such circumstances, Huawei will take measures to ensure that data is processed as required by this Policy and applicable laws, which includes when transferring the data subject’s personal data from the EU to a country or region which have been acknowledged by the EU commission as having an adequate level of data protection, we may use a variety of legal mechanisms, such as signing standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission, obtaining the consent to the cross-border transfer of a data subject in the EU, or implementing security measures like anonymizing personal data before cross-border data transfer. Huawei reserves the right to update or change this Policy at any time. We will release the latest Privacy Policy on this page for any changes. User Agreement
1.1 The Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community (hereinafter referred to as ‘community’ or ‘the community’) is a communication platform for technical exchange and interaction between Huawei enterprise business, customers and partners.
1.2 The ownership of the community belongs to Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huawei).
1.3 Users shall, before using the services of the community, read this agreement carefully, especially the provisions that have a significant relationship with the users’ rights and interests and involve the exemption or restriction of Huawei’s responsibility.
1.4 Users shall comply with the agreement before using the community. Once registered successfully, the agreement relationship will be automatically formed between the user and the community. Users shall be bound by the agreement, including the acceptance of the amendments and additions to the agreement by the community.
1.5 Users shall understand that the agreement can be updated by the community, so when using the community, users shall focus and read the agreement carefully in a timely manner. Users understand and agree that the community does not bear the obligation of individual notification for each user. Notices, announcements, statements, or other similar contents that are subsequently updated by the community for user registration are part of this agreement and have equivalent effect.
2. User account and password
2.1 Anyone can register for free, and the user who completes the registration process through the community registration system becomes an official user of the community and obtains some of the rights that the community stipulates for the user. The community has the right to make changes to the user’s permission.
2.2 Minors must be registered under the guidance and supervision of the guardian. The risks and liabilities arising from the minor’s failure to notify the guardian or from the minor’s unsupervised use are irrelevant to the community.
2.3 If a user uses an inappropriate nickname and avatar, the community reserves the right to disqualify the user.
2.4 Users are obligated to keep their passwords and accounts secure. If any loss of credentials occurs (either inside the community and/or within a third party) that is caused by the inappropriate custody of the account and password, the user shall compensate the loss suffered by the community and/or the third party and eliminate the impacts.
2.5 If the user does not use the account more than one year after registration, the community reserves the right to freeze their account.
2.6 If the user finds that their account has been used without authorization or if any abnormal situation occurs, the user shall modify the account password and store it properly. If necessary, please notify the community via e_online@huawei.com. If the account is illegally used due to hacker behavior or negligence of the user’s custody, the community does not bear the responsibility.
2.7 After receiving the notification that the user requests the community to take measures to suspend the login and use of their account due to abnormal behaviors, the community has the right to ask the user to provide and verify the valid personal identify information consistent with the registered identify information. If the information provided is consistent with the registered identity information, the community shall take measures in time to suspend the login and use of the account. If the user does not provide the valid personal identity information or the valid personal identity information provided by the user is inconsistent with the registered identity information, the community has the right to reject the foregoing requirements of the user.
3. Service contents
3.1 The network service provided by the community is free of any charge.
3.2 The community only provides network-related services. Except for that, the equipment related to the network service (including but not limited to personal computers, mobile phones and other devices related to the access to the internet or mobile networks) and the costs (including but not limited to the telephone and internet fees paid for internet access and the mobile phone charges paid for the use of the mobile network) shall be borne by the user.
4. Use rules
4.1 Users have the right to raise any questions or express their opinions in their posts or comments in the community in compliance with the code of conduct herein.
4.2 When creating a reward post, users have the right to set the reward amount and set the best answer among the valid replies made by other users.
4.3 Users can gain bonus points according to the bonus point rules of the community or by participating in activities. Users can exchange bonus points for gifts in the Rewards section.
4.4 Users are entitled to user level upgrades and badges based on their contributions to the community.
4.5 When using the community, users shall comply with all the applicable laws, regulations, and policies of the related countries or regions, including but not limited to: the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, General Principles of Civil Law of the People's Republic of China, General Provisions of Civil Law of the People's Republic of China, the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Protection Regulations on Information Network Communication, Telecom Regulations of the People's Republic of China, Regulations on Internet Information Service Management, Regulations on the Management of Internet Electronic Announcement Services, Regulations on the Protection of State Secrets of the People's Republic of China, Regulations on the Protection of Computer Information Systems in the People's Republic of China, Computer Information Network and the Internet Security Protection and Management, and Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Maintenance of Internet Security and its relevant judicial interpretation.
4.6 By using the community, users agree to abide by the following rules:
(1) comply with all network agreements, regulations, and procedures related to the network services;
(2) do not use the community for any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;
(3) do not use the community to transmit any explicit information, including but not limited to harassment, slander, abuse, intimidation, or in a manner that infringes any intellectual property rights of any kind;
(4) do not post content that is deemed valueless and irrelevant to the community. Non-technical discussions and unauthorized reposting are not allowed in the community, including the following:
l creating non-technical discussion posts, including but not limited to enormous discussions on entertainment, gossip, and valueless content that falls out of or beyond the scope of technology;
l unauthorized reposting, including but not limited to reposting a post that is not annotated with the source or of which reposting is not expressly permitted.
(5) do not interfere or attempt to interfere in the normal operation of any function of the community;
(6) do not avoid, try to avoid, or claim to avoid the content protection mechanisms or data metric tools built in the community;
(7) do not use the community in any way to infringe Huawei's commercial interests, including but not limited to placing commercial advertisements that are not permitted by the community.
4.7 Users shall not use the community to disseminate sensitive information that violates national laws and policies, including but not limited to the following kinds of information:
l violating the basic principles of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;
l endangering n***, leaking state secrets, subverting national power, or harming national unification;
l impairing national honor and interests;
l inciting ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
l insulting and abusing the images of national heroes, denying the deeds of national heroes, or beautifying the wars of aggression;
l violating national policy on religion, or promoting cults and feudal superstition;
l spreading rumors, destroying the order of society, and undermining social stability;
l promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or encouraging criminal activity;
l inciting unlawful assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, or mass processions that will destroy the order of society;
l slandering other people, disclosing other people's privacy, or impairing other people's legal rights and interests;
l containing the content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4.8 Users shall not use the online services provided by the community for the following activities:
l accessing the computer information network or using subsequent resources without permission;
l deleting, modifying, or adding the functions of the computer information network without permission;
l deleting, modifying, or adding data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in the computer information network without permission;
l intentionally producing and spreading malicious programs such as computer viruses;
l other behavior that endangers the security of the computer information network and interferes with the online services in the community.
4.9 By using the community, users agree to not abuse product functions to perform operations that affect user experience, endanger platform security, or impair other people's rights and interests, including the following behaviors:
(1) impersonating other users or setting up fake accounts intended to mislead other users that they represent or are related to others or other organizations through personal information such as avatars and usernames;
(2) posting spam advertisements containing content about sales of products, provision of services, and promotions, including but not limited to the following forms:
l spam advertisements;
l malicious or deceptive external links, such as unclear and redirected links;
l large volumes of SEO promotion links, products, and brands.
(3) conducting fake interaction between accounts, or posting the promotion content and related transactions that interfere with the community order, including but not limited to the following forms:
l purchasing machine registration accounts or manually manipulating data about the followers, posts, or replies of the account to forge the account's influence in the community;
l using machines or malicious programs to manipulate or manually manipulating an account to post, reply, vote, or participate in a prize redemption or similar activity.
(4) carrying out marketing activities by illegal means which severely affect user experience, including but not limited to the following forms:
l reposting other people's content in a irregular way or in a large scale while adding marketing content to said content;
l posting marketing content containing deceptive material, such as forging the experience and impersonations;
l using special symbols or images to avoid the advertisement content review;
l registering and using a community account in bad faith, including but not limited to machine registration, frequent registration, batch registration, and abuse of several community accounts.
(5) repeated posts that affect user experience, including but not limited to the following forms:
l meaningless garbled characters and numbers that are difficult to identify and affect reading experience;
l same or similar requests to others sent by means of comments, @ others, or private messages;
l content that contains potential risks, or using third-party websites to forge redirection links, such as phishing websites, Trojan horses, and virus websites;
l malicious confrontation acts, including but not limited to using variants and harmonics to avoid security review, or any other act that knowingly violates laws, regulations, and community norms.
4.10 In the event a user violates rules 4.5 to 4.9 hereunder, the community operator has the right to take one or more of the following measures without notifying the user and assumes no legal liability to the user or any third party. Where the community or its partners (hereinafter collectively referred to as "we") are subject to any complaints, reports, inquiries, claims, or lawsuits, or any loss to our reputation or property due to a user's violation of the aforementioned rules, the user shall actively take all possible remedial measures to protect us from such claims and lawsuits; the user shall be solely liable to the economic losses made to us thereby; if we have assumed the liability for administrative penalties or infringement damages caused thereby, we have the right to request the user to assume the legal liability and compensate for any losses.
l deleting any information, materials, or content that does not comply with any rules specified hereunder;
l disconnecting related information, materials, or content from the community;
l temporarily or permanently banning or restricting the account from using any functions or services;
l adding the user to the community blocklist; preventing any application for registering an account on any other platform operated by the community operator using the same user information; and stopping all forms of cooperation with the user;
l complaining and/or reporting the user's illegal acts to a third party;
l reporting the user and subsequent dishonesty information to the credit investigation department;
l reporting the user's illegal acts to the competent authority, and assisting the competent authority in investigation and holding the user reliable;
l other measures specified hereunder and in laws and regulations.
4.11 Users agree and understand that the community itself acts as a platform that provides online services and facilitates subsequent operations and interactions. Any information, texts, software, music, audios, photos, graphics, videos, messages, or other materials that are uploaded, sent, or transmitted via instant messages, thumbnails, links, compressed packages, emails or any other means within the community are the responsibility of the users who provide and use such information. Users agree and understand that the community is a non-profit public information interaction and communication community and cannot control the content transmitted in the community, nor can it fully control user's behavior. Therefore, the validity, correctness, integrity, and authenticity of the content within the community cannot be guaranteed. Users understand that they may be exposed to unpleasant or inappropriate content when using the community and that Huawei is not liable for any damages caused as a result of any usage. Users agree to judge the content themselves and solely undertake all the risks.
4.12 Users agree and understand that if the content posted by them discloses cyber security information such as accounts, passwords, IP addresses, and logs, or contains inappropriate words but no behaviors prohibited herein are performed, the forum administrator has the right to lock the post and modify the content after obtaining necessary consent.
4.13 Users agree to endeavor to post content under the correct category. In case of an inappropriate category under which a post is created, the forum administrator, for purpose of providing convenient search services, has the right to modify the category by sending a notification to the user thereafter, and the user has the right to contact the administrator and appeal.
4.14 To regulate the content posted in the community and provide a friendlier environment for users, the community administrator can delete duplicate content posted by the same user after obtaining the user's consent.
4.15 Users agree and understand that to provide more accurate recommendation and search services for community users, the community administrator will add product or feature attribute tags to posts for intelligent recommendation and filtering.
4.16 Users agree and understand that the community administrator has the right to highlight and pin a post, and also has the right to remove these changes at their discretion.
4.17 Users agree and understand that the community has the right to change the rules for bonus points, user levels, badges, and redemption ratios based on operations. The redemption ratios of bonus points to commodities are subject to those displayed in the commodity details page.
5. Privacy protection
5.1 The community respects the users’ personal privacy and strictly secures the personal information that is reasonably obtained. When receiving the service provided by the local community, the user understands and agrees to accept the Huawei Privacy Policy. The Huawei Privacy Policy is an effective part of this agreement and has the same legal effect.
5.2 Without exposing the privacy of an individual user, the community has the right to perform technical analyses on the entire user database and make commercial use of the user database that has been analyzed and sorted out. Although the community has made great efforts in user privacy protection, the existing security technology measures cannot ensure that user information is completely shielded from any form of interference. Therefore, if user information is disclosed by hackers and viruses, it is irrelevant to the community.
5.3 The community cannot disclose or share personal information in user registration materials to any third party without the user’s permission, with the following exceptions:
(1) The relevant laws and regulations require the disclosure of the community;
(2) Provided by the judiciary or administrative agency on the basis of legal procedures;
(3) When the community claims, sues, arbitrates or other legal proceedings against the user in order to protect his or her legal rights;
(4) When third-party rights holders claim, sue, arbitrate, or other legal process within the community about the user’s content released in this community infringing his or her rights;
(5) The user or the user’s guardian authorizes the local community to disclose;
(6) Providing the user’ personal information to the user’s guardian at the legal request;
(7) In order to protect the interests of the public or other personal information needs to reveal, edit or disclose in accordance with the laws and regulations.
5.4 In principle, users should not disclose their or any third party's sensitive information such as personal privacy (including but not limited to real names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, and logs) in any posts, replies, and comments. In addition, if the aforementioned disclosed information involves any third party, the user shall notify and obtain necessary authorization from the affected third party in advance. In the event of losses to Huawei caused by the user's unauthorized disclosure of any third party's sensitive information including personal privacy, the user shall compensate Huawei for losses caused thereby in full amount and eliminate related influences to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
6. Copyright/intellectual property statement
6.1 The community has a permanent, irrevocable, free, non-exclusive right to use and to sublicense any content released and uploaded to the community by users throughout the world via unlimited forms and carriers, including but not limited to other rights as defined by laws and regulations such as modification, reproduction, distribution, exhibition, adaptation, compilation, publication, translation, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance and re-creation and copyright law.
6.2 Copyrights that are unique to the community such as logos, layouts and formatting are owned by the community and cannot be copied or reproduced without the permission of the community.
6.3 The community reserves the right to resort to justice in the case of any work, service marks, trademarks, trade names, company logos, URLs (hyperlinks) or other marks of Huawei used in writing or graphically without the prior written consent of the community.
6.4 The information obtained by users from the services of the community cannot be copied or reproduced without the permission of the community.
6.5 The community has the priority and the right to use all work in the community for other purposes, including but not limited to websites, e-magazines, print publishing, etc. The authors agree to this provision when posting content on the community.
6.6 All content in this community represents the author’s own position and views only and have nothing to do with the community. The author himself/herself bears all legal responsibilities.
6.7 The community reserves the right to resort to the law if the user maliciously reprints, deletes, conceals, or alters any trademark, patent, copyright, or other right statement contained in the community.
6.8 Do not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights and other legal rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, neighboring rights, name rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, honor rights and trade secrets. Any individual or organization that believes that the content on the community infringes its legitimate rights and interests may initiate a complaint to the community by e_online@huawei.com and the community will check the content of the complaint and delete the content of the infringement once verified.
7. Disclaimer and no guarantees
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the community shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, direct or indirect damages incurred by users arising from the use or inability to use the services provided by the community.
7.2 The community does not make any express or implied guarantees regarding the services provided, including but not limited to, not guaranteeing that the services provided by the community can meet the requirements of the users, or that the services will be interrupted, timely, secure, nor the accuracy, completeness, applicability, legitimacy or quality of any information obtained through the use of the community.
7.3 Huawei is not responsible for the loss or damage of any user’s or any third party’s data, nor for the loss of computer systems or other equipment or loss of data due to downloading of the community data.
7.4 Any suggestions or information obtained by a user of the community (whether oral or written) require the user to judge himself and the consequences are borne by the user.
7.5 Huawei is not responsible for the links provided by the community to access the affiliated websites. If you use this website to set up links to third-party websites, the community is not responsible for checking or evaluating the accuracy of any third-party materials, products, services or website content. Links to other websites are provided solely for the purpose of providing information and convenience to users. Users who wish to use links must make their own independent judgment (minors need to be under the supervision of the guardian) and bear all risks arising from the use of such content. Because of the particularity of the internet, the community has no control over other websites and is not responsible for the content, products or services offered by other websites or other websites.
7.6 Any community operations, management and service personnel’s (such as administrators, group owners and moderators) usage of the community (including but not limited to posting, replying, comments in the form of texts, pictures, data, opinions, suggestions, etc.) only represents their personal views and opinions related to any content published in the community, regardless of whether they have labor, agency, or any other types of legal relationships with Huawei. Huawei does not guarantee its authenticity and accuracy, nor does it constitute any meaning or commitment of Huawei.
8. Liability for breach of contract
If the user causes losses to Huawei due to the violation of national laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, the user shall compensate Huawei for all losses caused by that and eliminate the impact.
9. Force majeure
The community is not liable for any loss to the users due to force majeure events that prevent users from using the services provided by the community. Force majeure events include but are not limited to:
(1) Natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, hail;
(2) Government actions, such as levy and expropriation;
(3) Social anomalies, such as strikes and riots;
(4) Service interruption due to computer viruses or hacker attacks, internetwork, communication lines, etc.
10. Effective and deadline
The agreement is effective upon the user’s click on ‘I have read the Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community User Agreement’ and ‘Agree’ during the registration procedure. It terminates when the user cancels the user name or when the Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community terminates the user’s qualification. Provisions 5 and 6 continue to be valid after the termination of this agreement.
11. Legal application and dispute resolution
11.1 The agreement shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall not be considered in conflict of laws.
11.2 Any dispute concerning this agreement shall be settled by the parties in good faith and friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Longgang District, Shenzhen for processing.
12. General provisions
12.1 Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, agency or any other relationship other than the purpose of this agreement between the users and the Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community.
12.2 Users understand and agree that the Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community has the right to modify this agreement according to its actual needs. If the user does not agree to the change, the user has the right to withdraw from the Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community and terminate the service relationship; if the user continues to use the service provided by the Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community, it indicates that the user agrees to the modification of the agreement.
12.3 If some of the provisions of this agreement are deemed invalid for any reason, such invalid terms do not affect the validity of the other terms and such invalid terms shall be deemed non-existent from the beginning.
12.4 The Huawei Enterprise Technical Support Community reserves the right to transfer any of its rights or obligations under this agreement.
12.5 All headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any part of this agreement.
