Step 1 Check whether the conference supports presentation sharing. If it does not, modify the conference template.
Step 2 Check whether only some sites cannot view the presentation.
If yes, video issues are with those sites.
If no, go to Step 3.
Step 3 Log in to the telepresence host web interface. On the displayed page, right-click Video Ports and choose Control from the shortcut menu. Then click Restore Defaults.
