Predictive failure asserted on E9000 HMM WEB

Hi, team


I logged in to my E9000 HMM WEB interface yesterday and found a fault, as shown in the following figure.

Hi, dear

According to your screenshot, the device reported an alarm with 0x0441FF17.

The possible cause maybe the RAID controller card is faulty.

You can perform the following operations to rectify the fault:

  • Restart the server and open the BIOS Device Manager in UEFI mode. On the Driver Health screen, select Repair the whole platform, and press Enter. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
  • Remove and reinstall the RAID controller card. Then check whether the alarm is cleared.
  • Replace the RAID controller card and connect the power cable. After the server is powered on, check whether the alarm is cleared.
  • On the HMM WebUI, choose System Management > Information Collection, and collect logs.
