Pre-copy in the array means that when the disk in the Raid group is about to fail.

Copy the data on the disk that is about to fail to the hot spare disk. Is this an automatic copy of the array? Need human intervention?

In addition, does the data to be copied from the failed disk refer to user data or verification data? Or do they include both?
