PRA trunk fault calling

1       Problem Description

The outgoing call by PRA trunk failed.

2       Problem Analysis

1. The first call 0031882622363, U1981 send correct number to peer PBX. But peer PBX send “DISCONNECT” message to U1981, error code “Unaloc code”. It’s need PSTN check this issue.

2. The second call to 0096822306133 signaling is correct on the call log. You can see peer PBX already “off-hook”. But peer PBX play media “the phone you want to call is not compleated pls call later” you heard.

3       Problem Root Cause

It's PSTN side problem

4       Solution

Ask customer connect PSTN engineer check their PBX to solve this issue
