Hi friend,
When an online user receives a PADR request from the same user and the physical location information in the PADR request is the same, the user is logged out.

The reason why users are logged out is to prevent the BAS from being unaware of Layer 2 exceptions and keep the user login information on the BAS consistent with that on the user side. For example, in some cases, the user detects the Layer 2 interruption but the BAS does not detect the interruption. In this case, the user re-initiates an online request with the same physical location information. In this case, the BAS removes the user and allows the user to go online again.

Hi,
Dialer sends the PADR packet to request information from the DHCP server. When the user is online, if the device receives the PADR packet again, it will disconnect the online user.
If this error happens occasionally, you can just ignore that, cause it might be due to the duplicated PADR packet.
If it happened frequently for a specific user, you are suggested to check whether there are any attacks, for example, the forgery sends the PADR packets.
Besides, if the online user is blocked from the internet for some reason, he might redial though he is online, and this error happens.
