Fault Description
After an OceanStor V3 storage device is upgraded from V300R002C10SPC200 to V300R003C00SPC100 offline, the system is running properly. However, the front-end and back-end power indicators of the controller enclosure keep blinking (two times per second).
Symptom
The front-end and back-end power indicators of the controller enclosure keep blinking. The following figures show locations of the two indicators.

Cause
After the offline upgrade, the storage system needs to be restarted. Before the restart, the front-end and back-end indicators of the controller enclosure are blinking, indicating that the system is powering off. During the restart, the system does not power off hardware, so the system does not reset the states of the power indicators upon the restart. As a result, the power indicators of the controller enclosure keep blinking.
