Root cause:

The 3.3 backup power is provided by AUX board. So it may cause by AUX board fault.

Solution:

According to the above analysis,

1.       Please apply the MW. And bring a new AUX board to the site.

2.       Plug out the AUX board and check the slot. Please take a picture of the slot. We need to make sure the slot is clean and OK.

3.       Insert the new AUX and wait the board online. Then check the alarm, to check whether the alarm is cleared.

4.       If the alarm is not cleared, we need to further check. (now the power_abnormal alarm don’t affect the service , but the further check will affect the service, so before you do the further check, please get downtime)

1     plug out the slave xcs board and check the slot. Then check whether the alarm disappear. If it disappear, you need to check and replace the XCS board.

2     Plug in the XCS board and wait for it online. Run :cfg-get-workstat: in navigator to check the xc boards work status.

3     After the work status is working, plug out the master xcs board and check the slot. Then check whether the alarm disappear. If it disappear, you need to check and replace the XCS board.

4     Plug in the XCS board and wait for it online. Run :cfg-get-workstat: in navigator to check the xc boards work status.

5     Plug out and plug in other board like the XC board one by one (No need to plug out the SCC board). When the alarm disappear, please stop and replace the board.

If the alarm is still not cleared after all the operation, there may be something wrong with the shelf. We need to replace it.
