Port forwarding + WAN issue HG8247U

Hi,

I’m trying to setup a port forwarding and I’m facing a WAN issue.

My router is Huawei HG8247U.

Steps that I follow: login to the router IP -  Forward Rules – Port Mapping Configuration – New

Here I fill with my details (as in the image), but the ‘WAN Name:’ dropdown menu is empty.

I click the Apply  button, but then I get an error like this:

I’m going to WAN tab, but there is absolutely nothing, no buttons, no info, nothing (see the below image).

I want to mention that the administrator credential does not work (telecomadmin/admintelecom).


How can I solve my problem?
