Port Forwarding on HG8546M

Problem performing port forwarding on HG8546M modem with fixed external ip and configured in router mode. The external ip points to the common ports (80, 8080 among others) but does not see port 28000 for example.

Hello! Thanks for trying to help me, but it didn't work out. I am posting the prints of some screens. IP is not CGNAT and there is no block on the ISP. IP starts with 160.20

Unfortunately the solution presented had no effect. The modem sees only ordinary ports, game ports, like the 28000, remain unreachable.

Because you are accessing the ISP's network, the configured external IP may be the internal IP of the ISP, not the real external IP, so it will fail. It is recommended that you contact the ISP's engineer to confirm whether it is the real external public IP, Or all require you to be configured by your ISP
