Port Forwarding Not Working

Hi, there.

I am having a problem with port forwarding with Huawei HG8546M.


I forwarded some ports by referring to various tutorials on the internet but it is still not working.


Here is the picture of it. Everything seems to be correct but I am not able to connect to my server.

I tried to connect in many ways like.


192.168.100.5:8800

100.64.56.128:8800   { router ip address }

103.207.82.61:8800  { my pc public ip. from myip.com}


the first two address work fine while connecting from inside the wifi network but does not work when I try to connect via another network or cellular network.


the third address 103.207.82.61:8800 does not work on any network.


I also tried configuring the DDNS through noip.com  following its guide but that too doesn't work.

Dear user!

Contact the network carrier to check whether the external IP address you use is the actual external IP address instead of the carrier's IP address.

In addition, the DDNS function is customized by carriers. You need to contact carriers to check whether their services are normal.

thanks for the support,
I followed the instructions at https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/how-to-configure-port-mapping-on-huawei-ont/thread/590900-100181
but it is still not working...

from the WAN information page I found that wan ip is 100.64.56.128 so as per the instruction I tried to
connect using 100.64.56.128:8800
and while I was using the same wifi network it worked fine but when I try to connect via smartphone via cellular network
or another wifi network it doesn't work.
it works only inside the same LAN.
