You need to create a WAN port on the ONT and bind the port mapping to the WAN port on the ONT. In this way, the port mapping configuration will not be lost after you restart the device and remove the optical fiber.

Hello, friend! As shown in the picture you uploaded, configure the WAN of the ONT on the ONT WebUI. (The account in the back) In the navigation tree on the left, choose Advanced Configuration > WAN Configuration. In the pane on the right, click New. In the dialog box that is displayed, set Mode to Route WAN.

This parameter needs to be configured based on the service plan of the OLT. I do not know the service plan of the OLT. You can consult the ISP to obtain related parameters.

To configure the WAN on the HG8245H5, perform the following steps: Log in to the device WebUI using the administrator account and password. In the navigation tree on the left, choose Advanced Configuration > WAN Configuration. In the pane on the right, click New.
Click Advanced Configuration > Forward Rules tab, and choose IPv4 Port Mapping. In the dialog box that is displayed, set the parameters related to port mapping Select the WAN configured on the WebUI when configuring port forwarding.
