Hello, friend!

Although port forwarding can be achieved, I think the following method is easier to meet your requirements because I did not know all about it at first.

Log in to the web page as an administrator.

In the navigation tree on the left, choose Network Applications > Home Storage (USB Application). In the pane on the right, set the parameters related to FTP downloading to share the FTP file of the ONT.

3

Configuration example:

1. Connect a USB cable to the ONT with a USB port. If "No USB Device" is displayed in the USB Device area, no USB device is found. Remove the USB cable and reinsert it.

2. Select Enable FTP Service and set User name and Password.

3. Choose Security > Device Access Control Configuration, select Enable LAN-side PC to access ONT through FTP, and Enable WAN-side PC to access ONT through FTP, and click Apply.

4

4. Enter ftp://192.168.100.1 in the address box to access the USB port. 192.168.100.1 is the management IP address of the ONT.

I hope it helps you.

Thanks!

go to port mapping and enter the FTP server IP Address and select TCP/UDP(both) and forward it.

Hello

Your device is a customized device provided by the carrier. If you have any requirements, contact the ISP. Do not change the device or perform other operations. Otherwise, the device may work abnormally or cannot access the Internet.

Hello, friend!

Log in to the ONT web page.

Click Advanced Configuration > Forward Rules tab, and choose IPv4 Port Mapping. In the dialog box that is displayed, set the parameters related to port mapping

Generally, the default port number of the FTP server is 21.

You can use the following links to configure port forwarding:

If the configuration is still unsuccessful, please timely feedback.

Thanks!

When configuring port forwarding, you need to obtain not only the IP address of the USB port, but also the local port number and FTP port number 21.

Hi,
Do I need to check whether the FTP server is on the local end or on the peer end?
Generally, no IP address is configured for the USB port. I have replied to the previous reply to check the IP address of the host. If you want to access the FTP server, you only need to forward the IP address and port number of the FTP server.
If the local device is used, you can use the IP address of the ONT to configure port forwarding.
If the configuration fails, please provide feedback.
Thank you.
