Port Forwarding for CCTV Dvr for remote view

Dear All,,

I am new to Huawei routers.

my ISP installed a huawei Ar151 router in our offic.I want to access my dvr for remote viewing from mobile phones.for whihc i have to enable port forwarding but I couldn't find it in the router .I am accessing Huawei 151 router from its IP Address..

Please guide me on it..
