Issue Description
When the customer trying to call any eSpace desktop it gives him poor connection error and no audio on the two sides.
Customer is using VPN to make the eSpace dektop register and make calls from outside.
Handling Process
We collected the Wireshark packets and the eSpace desktop logs
After Checking the Logs we found the below points
Registration done successfully ( The server IP is x.x.x.22, eSpace Addresses x.x.x.110 & x.x.x.114)
The reachability between the eSpace desktop VPN IPs and the Server IP is ok , But we found there is no reachability between the two VPN IP addresses of the eSpace desktop.
During the eSpace desktop call to another eSpace desktop
Media IP address：x.x.x.110 （VPN） port：10500
Media IP address：x.x.x.114 （VPN） port：10500
Root Cause
No reachability between the Two VPN IPs
Solution
Afte the customer modified the VPN Rules and he confirmed there is reachability between the Two eSpace desktop IP's the issue resolved.
