Hello, team!

I have a question.

We currently don't have internet. It may be due to the last maintenance announcement where customers who haven't yet paid their remaining 2months balance will be disconnected. Though after learning about the announcement, we immediately went and paid our balance. Yet, we still don't have a connection to the internet. I've researched what we should do and noticed that there is some problem with "Internet connection status" after I run a diagnosis. And on the video, the light that's blinking/flashing is PON, no light on LOS, and steady light on both Power and WLAN. I've tried some tips on how to fix the PON blinking problem, yet nothing changes, still no connection. And this "Registration with the OLT failed. Check registration parameters" thing, I still don't know what caused this. Can someone give me advice on what to do?

Advance thanks for the response.

I run Diagnosis and this shows up

Hello, firend!

According to your description, if the PON indicator is steady on, it indicates that the ONT is connected to the upper-layer device. If the LOS indicator is off, it indicates that the ONT is disabled by the upper-layer device.

The upper-layer device may disable the ONT because the account balance is insufficient.

After you pay the fee, you can contact your ISP to inform him that he you paid the fee and ask him to cancel the restriction on the OLT.

Thanks!
