Dear All,

We Have bought AirEngine 5760-51 access point, without the power adapter. and our switches support 802.3at POE, also AirEngine 5760-51 support 802..3at and 802.3bt. but when we connect to our switches it says insufficient power and it doesn't broadcast. Is it ok to connect external POE with 50 V and 1.2 Ampere? is it working?

You are recommended to use the standard power adapters, you can check the adapter at https://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1100169916&id=EN-US_CONCEPT_0176909491&lang=en
By the way, you are recommended to check the PoE supply mode on the AC, if it works in 802.3at properly. And adjust the power supply mode for AP by executing command 'power force work-mode at'.
