which UTP pairs carries the POE signal on S5700 in both POE and POE+? and why to use POE legacy?

@Abulaynain hi, Huawei PSEs can work in Alternative A (power supply use line pair 1/2 and line pair 3/6) and Alternative B (power supply use Line pair 4/5 and line pair 7/8).
to enable POE legacy is in order to enable Huawei PoE switches to provide power to some nonstandard PDs, because these PD detection signature capacitance is larger than 0.15 uF.
