I need parch file for esight V300R005C00SPC200 and/or V300R005C00SPC300

I am having challenges currently installed V300R005C00SPC200 the resource control is incomplete as a result I cannot add devices.error "no enough licenses"

so I want to run a patch for esight currently installed Or install a newer vesion and its patch

please assist urgently
