Hello, HAUWEI Software Developer.
I bought Color Band AF500 through online a few days ago.
After i software update band through mobile phone app, it is not working.
Now, Band is not display anything and not sync with mobile phone app.
Also, it is not reset with charging cable hole click.
And, it is not reset with restoring default setting in mobile app.
Please, tell me how to reset or fix BAND AF500.
