HG8145V5 is a carrier product. We can only give you a way to get the firmware, please see below:

For access network products of the carriers

To obtain the correct ONT firmware or software, you can choose one of the following methods:

Method 1 

If you are an ISP (Internet Service Provider), please contact the  Carrier TAC. 

Method 2 

If you are a device user, please contact your ISP or device provider.

Please note: 

1. The ONT used together with the OLT at the central site. The version must match the model. If the version is incorrect, the cannot be used. Therefore, you are advised to confirm the requirements with the supplier or local carrier to obtain the firmware and upgrade or downgrade the firmware under the guidance of professional personnel. Otherwise, the fault cannot be rectified. Please proceed with caution.

2. ONT's firmware or software will not be allowed to be downloaded randomly on the website, because it will increase the risk of the product being attacked by the network and cause the user's network environment to be insecure.
